The designed plot is located in the Jumeirah Village Circle, which is an emerging neighbourhood in Dubai, with a mix of established and under constructions project. The site holds the potential to carry commercial-residential apartment complexes. The design responds to the prevailing wind of Dubai, and takes into consideration all environmental and economic status of the site. The main platform at the ground floor level is mostly commercial and on the upper floor, 6 residential apartments’ blocks share a suspended building. Each block consists of typical changeable modules. The whole complex holds 100 keys, shared between studios, one or two bedroom apartments.
