We have always been focused on providing our clients with the highest level of quality, in terms of technical and commercial experience. Our quality management system is compliant with the international standard of ISO 9001:2015

At LDRS, we are committed to providing innovative design and management solutions that are cost efficient, ecologically balanced, and within the paradigm of function, aesthetic, and comfort. We deliver design outputs with quality and value; serving our clients’ requirements, while delivering on-schedule and within budget. 

Our quality policy is aimed at the continuous control of the process surrounding the delivery of our design and management services to our clients. To this end, our employees, as well as our partners, suppliers, subcontractors, are all committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. 

We continuously maintain our 7 principles of quality:

  1. Listening to Clients: Meeting their requirements, needs, and expectations at all levels.

  2. Collaboration: Listening to each of our partners, suppliers, subcontractors, in a spirit of total cooperation, and as early as possible in the process of setting up the project.

  3. Consultation: Consulting with the relevant authorities and/or third parties concerned as soon as possible. 

  4. Return: Giving our clients the quality they expect to receive for their return on investment.

  5. Competence: Guaranteeing an appropriate and well-rounded group with an equivalent attitude towards productivity and efficiency objectives output of work.

  6. Partnership: Ensuring that suppliers and subcontractors we partner with have relevant references in the MENA region and across the globe, and are able to offer our clients the same quality we maintain at LDRS.
