Kashmara Residential City - Baghdad

  • The Kashmara Residential City is a residential development situated in the city of Baghdad, Iraq. The complex covers a total surface area of approximately 150,000 sqm consisting entirely of various residential units along with service buildings including schools, administration, a police station, fire station, mosque, and a cultural center. The project was audited by Hill International and its design is accomplished entirely with BIM and adheres to strict building codes like the NFPA, while conforming to AIA, ADA, and POL services.
