The staff accommodation for the employees of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashed Al Maktoum in Dubai has suffered an 8 hour fire outbreak that led to severe damages in the exterior and interior of the building. Dubai Developments, the real estate organization that operates and manages the assets and developments of H.H Sheikh Hamdan, appointed us to manage the full rehabilitation design process to recover the building and bring it back into it’s original state, while also upgrading the security, fire, and heating systems to the meet up-to-date standards and building criteria required by the Dubai Municipality.
